Welcome to HirePing. By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this service.
1. Use of Service
HirePing provides curated HR and recruiter contact leads for job seekers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal job-search purposes.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Sign-in is handled through Google, so keep your Google account secure.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to misuse the service, including unauthorized access, scraping, reselling the leads, or sending spam or bulk unsolicited mail to the contacts provided.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on HirePing is the property of the platform and protected by applicable laws.
5. Modification of Terms
We may update our terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of any changes.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Paid Plans
Because HirePing is a digital service delivered immediately, refunds are applicable only in the case of duplicate charges or a technical failure where the plan was not delivered. Please contact support within 7 days of the transaction for eligibility.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
Shipping and Delivery
HirePing is a digital service, so no physical product is shipped. Your plan activates after the payment is verified by our payment provider, and leads are delivered digitally through your dashboard and by email.

Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. This policy explains what data HirePing collects, why, and how it is protected.
1. Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile photo. When you buy a plan we receive payment status and an order reference from Razorpay (we never see or store your card number). We also record basic usage data such as which domain and plan you selected.
2. How We Use Your Data
To run your account, deliver the leads you paid for, verify payments, send service emails (welcome, payment confirmation, plan expiry reminders) and improve the product.
3. Email We Send
Transactional emails (account welcome, payment confirmation, plan expiry reminders) are sent through Amazon SES. These are service emails related to your account, not marketing lists.
4. Sharing of Data
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the platform: Google (sign-in), Razorpay (payments), Firebase (database and hosting), Amazon SES (email) and Google Analytics (traffic measurement).
5. Data Security
Access to user data is restricted to the backend. Payment verification and plan activation happen on our servers through a signed payment webhook, so plans cannot be activated or edited from the browser. We apply reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee 100% security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to us at hireping@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
